पटोलं पनसं मानं कक्कोलं च शुकाशकम्। द्राढिकां कर्कटीं रम्भां डुम्बरीं कण्टकण्टकम् ॥१८॥

paṭolaṃ panasaṃ mānaṃ kakkolaṃ ca śukāśakam। drāḍhikāṃ karkaṭīṃ rambhāṃ ḍumbarīṃ kaṇṭakaṇṭakam ॥18॥

A Yogi may eat Patola, jack fruit, manakachu, Kakkola, jujube, bonduc nut, cucumber, plantain fig etc.
