मुद्राणां पटलं ह्येतत् सर्वव्याधिविनाशनम्। नित्यमभ्यासशीलस्य जठराग्निविविर्धनम् ॥९७॥ |
mudrāṇāṃ paṭalaṃ hyetat sarvavyādhivināśanam। nityamabhyāsaśīlasya jaṭharāgnivivirdhanam ॥97॥ |
|
These Mudras destroy all diseases. They increase the gastric fire of him who practises them daily. |
