अथ भुजङ्गिनीमुद्राकथनम्। वक्त्रं किञ्चित् सुप्रसार्य चानिलं गलया पिबेत्। सा भवेद् भुजगी मुद्रा जरामृत्युविनाशिनी ॥९२॥ |
atha bhujaṅginīmudrākathanam। vaktraṃ kiñcit suprasārya cānilaṃ galayā pibet। sā bhaved bhujagī mudrā jarāmṛtyuvināśinī ॥92॥ |
25. – BHUJANGINI-MUDRA. |

Extending the neck a little forward, let him drink (draw in) air through the aesophagus; this is called Serpent-mudra, destroyer of decay and death. |
