अथ पाशिनीमुद्राकथनम्। कण्ठपृष्ठे क्षिपेत्पादौ पाशवद्दृढबन्धनम्। सा एव पाशिनी मुद्रा शक्ति प्रबोधकारिणी ॥८४॥ |
atha pāśinīmudrākathanam। kaṇṭhapṛṣṭhe kṣipetpādau pāśavaddṛḍhabandhanam। sā eva pāśinī mudrā śakti prabodhakāriṇī ॥84॥ |
22. - PASINI-MUDRA. |

Throw the two legs on the on the neck towards the back, holding them strongly together like a Pasa (a noose). This is called Pasini-mudra; it awakens the Sakti (Kundalini.) |
