अथ विपरीतकरणीमुद्राकथनम्। नाभिमूलेवसेत्सूर्यस्तालुमूले च चन्द्रमाः। अमृतं ग्रसते मृत्युस्ततो मृत्युवशो नरः ॥३३॥ |
atha viparītakaraṇīmudrākathanam। nābhimūlevasetsūryastālumūle ca candramāḥ। amṛtaṃ grasate mṛtyustato mṛtyuvaśo naraḥ ॥33॥ |
Viparitakarani |
The sun (the solar Nadi or plexus) dwells at the root of the navel, and the moon at the root of the palate; |
