The world is constantly changing, it never holds still, it is constantly moving forward along the axis of time, flying along. Arjuna has asked Krishna what Adhibhuta is, and he is explaining that everything is constantly in flux. We human beings constantly want things to remain fixed, the same, but that is impossible, everything is constantly in motion. This is one reason satisfaction eludes us. Things appear to be born and die, but in reality such transformation does not mean that things disappear forever. There has to be something behind all of this action, and that is Brahma, who keeps all of this flying forward. Expectations are useless and when we get rid of them we will no longer suffer. All of our attachments cause our suffering. When everything is flying along, why bother attaching to things that will not be tomorrow? This knowledge is an automatic healing. What causes all of the action in our bodies is Brahma. We are part of the living universe. The Purusha is the divine, eternal force. The substances of the universe run on their own, and all such action is Brahma. Our sense of separateness and ego is entirely fake, an illusion.
