१. सूत्रस्थानम् 1.sūtrasthānam,-Dinacharya दनचया, (S.-1, Ch.-2, V.-40.5-43)

अन्-ऋजुः क्षवथूद्गार-कास-स्वप्नान्न-मैथुनम् । कूल-च्छायां नृप-द्विष्टं व्याल-दंष्ट्रि-विषाणिनः ॥ ४१ ॥ हीनान्-आर्याति-निपुण-सेवां विग्रहम् उत्तमैः । संध्यास्व् अभ्यवहार-स्त्री-स्वप्नाध्ययन-चिन्तनम् ॥ ४२ ॥ शत्रु-सत्त्र-गणाकीर्ण-गणिका-पणिकाशनम् । गात्र-वक्त्र-नखैर् वाद्यं हस्त-केशावधूननम् ॥ ४३ ॥

puro-vātātapa-rajas-tuṣāra-paruṣānilān ॥ 40 ॥ an-ṛjuḥ kṣavathūdgāra-kāsa-svapnānna-maithunam । kūla-cchāyāṃ nṛpa-dviṣṭaṃ vyāla-daṃṣṭri-viṣāṇinaḥ ॥ 41 ॥ hīnān-āryāti-nipuṇa-sevāṃ vigraham uttamaiḥ । saṃdhyāsv abhyavahāra-strī-svapnādhyayana-cintanam ॥ 42 ॥ śatru-sattra-gaṇākīrṇa-gaṇikā-paṇikāśanam । gātra-vaktra-nakhair vādyaṃ hasta-keśāvadhūnanam ॥ 43 ॥

One should avoid direct breeze, heat of the sun of the first part of the day, dust, mist and rough winds. Sneezing, belching, coughing, sleeping, eating and mating should not perform with disordered body. Avoid taking rest in the shade of the trees growing on the riverbanks.
