| १. सूत्रस्थानम् 1.sūtrasthānam,-Ritucharya adhyaya ऋतुचया, (S.-1, Ch.-3, V.-43) |
स-तुषारेण मरुता सहसा शीतलेन च । भू-बाष्पेणाम्ल-पाकेन मलिनेन च वारिणा ॥ ४३ ॥ |
sa-tuṣāreṇa marutā sahasā śītalena ca । bhū-bāṣpeṇāmla-pākena malinena ca vāriṇā ॥ 43 ॥ |
Váta gets vitiated due to the sky hung with long clouds filled with water and also due to humidity. Pitta is vitiated due the vapor of the earth and amla vipáka and kapha is vitiated because of dirty water and agnimándya. |
